X18Reviews
Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of X18Reviews.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of X18Reviews. By creating an account or using X18Reviews, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use X18Reviews on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.
2. What X18Reviews is
X18Reviews is a software product operated by X18, run by Leeor Meirovitz in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It lets businesses manage their own Google Business Profile presence and customer reviews from one place: connect their own Google account, see the business profiles that account is authorized to manage, view Google reviews, draft replies (including AI-assisted drafts), publish replies they have reviewed, view supported profile and performance information, and share neutral review links and QR codes with their customers.
3. Eligibility
X18Reviews is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. The service is not directed at consumers or children.
4. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Connecting your Google account
Connecting a Google account to X18Reviews is a separate, explicit action: it only happens when you deliberately start the connection flow and grant access on Google’s own consent screen. X18Reviews requests only the Google Business Profile management permission, and can only access profiles your Google account is already authorized to manage. You can disconnect at any time as described in Section 18.
6. Your authority over connected profiles
By connecting a Google account and using X18Reviews with a Business Profile, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to manage that Business Profile — as the business owner or as someone the owner has authorized. You must not connect or attempt to manage any profile you are not authorized to manage.
7. User-requested actions
X18Reviews acts on your instructions. Actions that affect your Google Business Profile — such as publishing a reply to a review — happen only when you deliberately take them in the product. X18Reviews does not take autonomous actions on your Business Profile.
8. Review management
X18Reviews lets you view and respond to the Google reviews on profiles you manage. X18Reviews cannot delete customer reviews — no tool can legitimately offer that. Reviews are hosted by Google and governed by Google’s policies; if you believe a review violates Google’s policies, you can flag it with Google through Google’s own processes.
9. AI-assisted drafts
X18Reviews can generate suggested draft replies when you request them. Drafts are suggestions only: nothing is published until you review it and deliberately click Publish. You are solely responsible for the final content of anything you publish, including edited or unedited AI-assisted drafts, and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable law and Google’s policies.
10. Review solicitation rules
X18Reviews provides neutral review links and QR codes: every customer receives the same link and the same opportunity to leave feedback, whatever that feedback is. When soliciting reviews through X18Reviews or otherwise in connection with the service, you must not:
- Engage in review gating — pre-screening customers by sentiment and only directing satisfied ones to Google.
- Create, submit, or solicit fake or fabricated reviews.
- Purchase reviews, or offer payment for reviews.
- Offer incentives, discounts, or rewards in exchange for reviews.
- Selectively solicit reviews only from likely positive reviewers.
- Discourage or obstruct customers from leaving negative reviews.
- Attempt to manipulate ratings or review content.
- Impersonate customers or misrepresent who is reviewing.
- Connect or manage profiles you are not authorized to manage.
- Circumvent restrictions Google places on reviews or Business Profiles.
- Misuse data received from Google APIs, or use it for any purpose other than the features X18Reviews provides.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
11. Google policy compliance
Your use of Google Business Profile through X18Reviews must comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies, including Google’s review and content policies. These Terms do not modify, and cannot override, your obligations to Google.
12. Intellectual property
X18Reviews — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by its operator and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while these Terms are in effect. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law permits.
13. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in X18Reviews, such as reply drafts. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — for example, to store your drafts and to transmit a reply to Google when you publish it. Google reviews and Business Profile content belong to their respective owners and are governed by Google’s terms.
14. Third-party services and Google independence
X18Reviews interoperates with Google Business Profile through Google’s official APIs. X18Reviews is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google, and any other third-party services you use, are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information, including data received from Google APIs, and forms part of these Terms. The Google Data & Permissions page explains the Google connection in plain language.
16. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep X18Reviews reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service depends in part on Google’s APIs, which are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
17. Subscriptions and payment
If and when paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before you subscribe. No payment is required for features offered free of charge.
18. Disconnecting Google
You can disconnect your Google account from X18Reviews at any time — from the settings area inside X18Reviews, or from your Google Account’s third-party access page. Disconnecting stops X18Reviews’ access to your Google Business Profile data. It never deletes your Google Business Profile or your Google reviews.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially violate these Terms — including the review solicitation rules in Section 10 — or where required to protect the service, other users, or third parties. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.
20. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your X18Reviews account as described on the Data Deletion page. Deleting your X18Reviews account never deletes your Google Business Profile or your Google reviews — those remain with Google.
21. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular business outcome — including any particular review volume, rating, or search ranking.
22. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to these Terms or the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, a nominal amount. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
23. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, your violation of Google’s policies, or your connection of a Business Profile you were not authorized to manage.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
25. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service or by email. Continued use of X18Reviews after an update means the updated Terms apply.
