X18Reviews is a platform for managing your Google Business Profile and customer reviews in one place — viewing reviews, drafting responses with AI assistance, and publishing the replies you approve.
Is X18Reviews affiliated with Google?
No. X18Reviews is an independent service operated by X18 and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
Which Business Profiles can X18Reviews access?
Only the ones your own Google account is already authorized to manage. You sign in with Google, review the requested permission, and grant access yourself — X18Reviews can't reach businesses you don't manage.
Do AI replies publish automatically?
No. AI creates a draft, you review and edit it, and nothing is published until you click Publish Reply.
Does X18Reviews filter out unhappy customers?
No. Review requests are neutral by design: every customer gets the same link and the same opportunity to share their genuine experience, whatever it was. X18Reviews does not route customers based on satisfaction.
Can I disconnect Google?
Yes, at any time — from X18Reviews settings or from your Google Account's third-party access page. Disconnecting never deletes your Google Business Profile.
