What X18Reviews is

X18Reviews is a software product operated by X18. It gives businesses one straightforward place to manage their own Google Business Profile presence: see the profiles they are authorized to manage, read their Google reviews, draft and publish replies, view supported performance information, and share a neutral review link with their customers.

Help businesses manage their reviews and their authorized Google Business Profile presence through a straightforward platform — no tricks, no shortcuts, no promises we cannot keep.

What we believe

• The owner stays in control. Every action that touches your Business Profile — connecting Google, publishing a reply — happens because you deliberately took it. AI can help you draft; only you publish.
• Honest reviews are the point. Every customer gets the same review link and the same opportunity to share their experience, positive or negative. No gating, no filtering, no incentives.
• No gaming ratings. We do not offer — and will not build — tools to suppress negative reviews, fabricate positive ones, or manipulate ratings. A tool that promises to delete customer reviews is promising something it cannot legitimately do.

Where we stand with Google

X18Reviews works with Google Business Profile through Google’s official APIs, with permission you grant and can revoke at any time.
